Carrie Book Cover

The objective of this project was to create a book jacket for a book. Project was graded on use of hierarchy, setting up text to be legible and readable and clever use of type treatments on cover to convey the story/topic. 

Carrie is the story of a misfit teenage girl that slowly discovers she has telekinesis. She is being tormented and mistreated both in school and at home by her radically religious mother. After she gets covered in pig’s blood by her classmates she decides she is going to set the whole school on fire.
